Tissue Auditor - Site Configuration

Why be restricted on how you can model the structure of your organisation. Tissue Auditor lets you configure your software the way you want it. You have control over every aspect from the layout of your labs, buildings and storage locations to the icons that are used to represent them! If you want to keep things simple, Tissue Auditor lets you configure your site based on custom settings; however, if you have more demanding requirements you are allowed full control over the site.

Once you have defined the physical layout of your site or sites, you can then assign users specific permissions to see all or only part of your site/sites. This allows senior managers full visibility of all tissue handling areas, while other users can have a more restricted view - ensuring data confidentiality when needed.

Tissue Auditor comes with predefined icons and structures which can be added to when needed. Thus allowing a custom look and feel that matches that of your organisation or intranet.

At the very bottom level of the "site map" users can model the actual storage containers themselves. Tissue Auditor gives a graphical representation of the storage area. These containers can be labeled with their own reference and also have a tag to identify any item stored in them. Storage containers can be reserved for use, made inactive or inherit a number of pre-defined and user defined states. The tree navigation combined with the graphical nature of the containers themselves enable users to instantly visualise the container itself without having to leave the lab.
